On 12 Dec the Burns Broncs boy's varsity basketball team took on the New Castle Dogies in a tournament game. The Broncs proved to be too much for the Dogies to handle as they walked away with a 66 to 31 victory.

Leading the way for the Broncs was Tate Bishop with 22 points. Following close behind was Luke Lerwick with 21 points. Jackson Kirkbride contributed 10 points of his own followed by Spencer Smith with 8. Mr. Bishop made 9 of 19 field goals and all of his free throws.
