It is that time again, New year new me or so we hope. With a year as chaotic as 2020, many will be remembering their year and figuring how to make the next one well, less 2020ish.
The idea of New year's resolutions is believed to stem from ancient Babylon 4,000 years ago. During this time the new year started in mid-march. This is when Babylonians would throw a 12-day festival to either worship their king or welcome their new one. The resolutions were not quite what they are today though.
