Northern Silhouette was the theme for the paint party at Sadie's on February 13, 2021. Ashley Hottell, instructor, said this was her most sold picture and thought people would enjoy it. Instead of Valentines she went with a winter scene using bright colors. This would make people happy.
Hottell starts with a simple background that is light and blended. The next step is placing the artist's favorite silhouette on top. The silhouette can vary from horse, cat, trees to wolves. The next step is putting trees in the middle of the silhouette.
This group was laughing, and teasing each other...
