Meditate, and focus were the first step the yoga this weekend. On May 15, at the Pine Bluffs Distilling the owner Theresa Hansen of Little Lotus Yoga had a class.
With the students on the their mats to start with a comfort sit. Relaxing letting your senses connect with mind and body. Hansen soothing voice moving to each stretch at the start.
Next she moved on the positions. Keep a eye on her class made sure are they are in that poise before move on to the next one step. At the end she had a cool down and five minutes of to laying down with the lights out.
Hansen been doing yoga for eleven year...
