Pine Bluffs Alumni compete in Spartan Race

Alisha Michaud and six other Pine Bluffs High School alumni are active in a worldwide sport. They compete as a team called "Unaware and Unprepared". The sport that they compete in is not your run of the mill sport. It is called the Spartan Race. This is not your average 5K, 10K or 15K race. It is an obstacle course race held in many different places worldwide. They have a 'Trifecta Weekend' in Hawaii. It is designed to test your endurance, agility, stamina and strength.
