Rachel Derner from Burns, Wyoming is the 2021 Miss Rodeo Wyoming. She is the 63rd Miss Rodeo for Wyoming.

Derner grew up in a rodeo family. She is a 2015 graduate of Burns High School. Derner never thought about being a rodeo queen until she went to college at the University of Wyoming in Laramie. She knew that they would give her a saddle and pay for travel to the rodeos. "With the help of a friend who talked me into trying to be a queen, it turns out it is my dream job," she said.
