Burns Town Council hears safety ideas

Two public introductions were done at the Burns town council on Monday September 27th at 5:30 p. m.

Mayor James Clark started the meeting with the normal vouchers being voted on. Mayor Clark reported about a dead tree that needed to be removed at the last meeting. The cost he had found at that time was $400 which was only to cut down the tree, that did not include the cleanup of the debris. So, the mayor had found Casy McNamara air to handle the removal of the tree. He had it cut down in four hours and the debris hauled off. McNamara accomplished this for a cost of $66.00.
