"Look, up in the sky!" "It's a bird, it's a plane, it's a, wait, what is that? Is that an octopus, a dragon maybe? Oh yeah, It's kites!"
The skies were filled with different shaped animals and flying objects on Saturday September 25th from 11:00 a.m. through 2:00 p.m. The fifth annual Kite Festival was held on top of the bluffs in Pine Bluffs.
The first one hundred children received a free kite to fly. And there were drawings every half hour. Parents, grandparents, and children were having fun putting kites together and flying them. There was not a lot of wind this year, but it had its mo...
