CHEYENNE, WYOMING – For many Wyoming gas customers bills have increased over the last few months due in large part to the severe natural gas market disruptions that occurred during the February cold weather event that took place last winter. The February extreme weather event caused natural gas prices to spike to unprecedented levels leaving utilities across the country with extraordinary levels of unrecovered gas costs.
