Rachel Derner has come down to the last competition for Miss Rodeo Wyoming. Derner is a graduate from Burns High School in 2015. She was in 4-H and Future Farmers of America throughout high school. Derner was going to College at the University of Wyoming with a major in agriculture communications field. She had a friend challenge her to run for queen in Laramie, Wyoming. As a result of that, Derner won Miss Laramie Jubilee in 2019. She then won Miss Rodeo Wyoming in 2020.
