Brains are working hard on the right design for Christmas to win.

The students have been working on cake wars for Food Science class for a week. They work on techniques and design as a group of three. The team decides who does what part. Since they are learning to decorate a cake, they are created over tins as opposed to real cakes. The students work with fondant to design the cakes.
