Burns/Pine Bluffs Indoor Track Compete at WITF Championships

The Burns/Pine Bluffs indoor track team attended the Wyoming Indoor Track and Field Championships on Mar 4th at the Campbell County High School field in Gillette Wy. The team did very well with some athletes placing in the top five.

Emma Gonzales finished 1st in the 1600m run and she finished 2nd in the 3200m run and 10th in the 800m run.

Alyssa Slade finished 4th in the state in the high jump with a leap of 5ft.

Sean Rhoads finished 7th in the state in the triple jump with a jump of 40ft ½ in
