Dancing is in the air or at least the feet are moving. The Dutch Hop has been happening since the 1800’s. In Pine Bluffs, Wyoming the Dutch Hop dance has been going on since 2004 annually.

On April 16th from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. The Wyoming Art Council will be showing a film on the history of the Dutch Hop from the area at the dance. This film will feature some of the dances in the past along with interviews of the bands and people that remember Volga Germans history in their families.
