Literacy Camp for the summer

Books and more books are the goal. Thursday night at the Burns Elementary Spring concert a slide show was played talking about literacy.

At the beginning of the concert two of the teachers informed the parents what they are doing. The teachers showed a backpack. In the backpack was books, activity papers, and information about a camp this summer. At the end of the night all the students will be receiving their backpacks.
