At the Pine Bluffs High School, three students signed their letter of intent to attend Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington on May 17th at 2 p.m. Monserrat Serrano Gonzalez is going to study cosmetology. Jalie Langlois is going to study cosmetology. Charles Anderson will be studying welding. All families were excited to see them start a new chapter of their life.
