Lion's Club High Plains Ride for Sight in Pine Bluffs

Above: Riders start out in Pine Bluffs early in the morning to Ride for Sight with the Pine Bluffs Lions Club.

The bicycles were lined up on the street at 7 a.m. for the morning ride. The Pine Bluffs Lions Club put on their annual High Plains Ride for Sight on May 29th. There were 19 riders this year.

The riders included children, families, and seasoned riders.

First was breakfast at the Pine Bluffs Park. The riders had rolls, fruit, juice, and water. There was a stop a quarter of the way through the course and a stop at the halfway mark.

One group made it a third of the way. At the stops riders could refresh themselves with drinks and fruit to give them energy for the next leg.
