Colby Smith, Burns takes fifth at State

A Burns High School student placed fifth at the state High School rodeo competition. Colby Smith from Burns rode at the Wyoming State finals in Buffalo, Wyoming.

Smith has been in rodeo since he saw his first rodeo at the age of eleven years old. He started out in little Britches and now in High School. In the last few years Smith has been doing the Saddle Bronc. He would like to add team roping next. All year he has placed fourth to 23rd throughout the high school rodeo season.
