Summer fun with wrestling camp

The twists and turns are demonstrated by the Burns High School students during warm up. The Burns/Pine Bluffs Jr High Wrestling camp was July 11th through the 14th. Coach Dan Clayson and coach Brittany Mitchell along with high school wrestlers put the camp on.

Throughout this time the students were taught how to shoot and defend a takedown. They know about the score in neutral scramble positions. The coaches had taught them how to escape or reverse the defensive position which includes defending a leg ride. Plus, how to break-down and pin their opponent with a leg ride.
