I think that most of us know that good nutrition is vital to our health. But did you also know that eating certain foods can reduce the risk of certain diseases and other health problems? In today's society it seems like people are eating more for convenience than for their health and well-being. Are we really too busy to do more than just fill our bellies with snacks and prepared or processed foods? For me, a little preparation is well worth the benefits.
