An informal coffee/donut meeting was recently held at the Pine Bluffs Senior Center to discuss energy, winter service and budget billing. Black Hills Energy spoke to the residents about getting "Winter Ready." They provided Energy Efficiency tips for homes and businesses, and talked about the budget billing programs they offer to help even out monthly energy costs.
