Bids and town cleaning top priority at Burns Town Council

Purchasing new equipment and looking at bids for cleaning for the town of Burns was discussed at length at the Burns Town council meeting on November 28th at 5:30 p.m.

For new business, the bids for cleaning of the town buildings. Nicole Riley has been cleaning for the last month. Mayor Jim Clark reported that Riley has done an excellent job cleaning. He suggested that the town pay Riley the previous cleaning rate. She would receive $1100.00 for her services. The council approved. The council has received two bids for the cleaning contract.
