Eastern Star Bake Sale

Above: The smell of fresh homemade bread was in Burns. Every first Saturday of the month Burns #47 Order of the Eastern Star has a bake sale. January 7th was their first bake sale of the start of the year. There was only one person running the bake sale this time. Her name was Carrie McKinley. There was bread, cupcakes, and cookies and all of the items were homemade. The money earned at each bake sell goes to different expenses the organization has. The other reason is to raise money for scholarships for students. The organization believes that every scholarship counts to help students through college. The students can contact their counselor for more information.
