The 2023 legislative session looks to be relatively boring compared to previous sessions. Several bills are primarily wording changes or clarifications of an existing statute. For example, in statutes that reference the military, the new command, Space Force, has been added to the list of organizations. There are a few bills that we need to watch closely.
