Homeland Security presents mitigation plan to Burns

Homeland Security presented a resolution to the council during the Burns Town council meeting held on February 27th at 5:30 p.m. Mayor Jim Clark was absent from the meeting but council member Rick Lakin took hold of the reins and ran the meeting in Mayor Clark's absence.

Jeanine West from Homeland Security presented the region seven mitigation plan that had been drawn up for Laramie County and Platte County. This is done every five years.
