Pine Bluffs Recreation had their annual National Take a Walk in the Park Day on March 30th.
Everyone was invited to the Pine Bluffs City park on Main Street.
Sonja Fornstrom and Heather Eggli were at the park giving out tickets for every time a walker completed a lap around the park. The tickets were given to put in for a drawing of a Hoverboard or/and one of three Fitbits.
The National Take a Walk in the Park Day is a perfect time to start exercising outside for the season. The American Heart Association reminds people that exercising for 30 minutes a day is good for a body. It's a great...
