In the Kendra Roeder Invite held in Pine Bluffs the Burns Broncs Boys Track and Field team dominated. The team took first place in the boys division and had someone in the top three in almost every event. The meet also nick-named the Freezer Meet, due to the wind chills that were well below the freezing mark, had 13 teams all trying to stay warm and out of the wind. The infield looked more like an Alaskan Inuit village with all the tents, blankets, sweats and coats of the athletes and parents trying to stay warm.
