A neighborhood night out is coming to Burns for people to engage with the Laramie County Sheriff's department as part of the event. Burns Town council met on June 12th at 6:30 p.m.
The town attorney Greg Hacker, had the honor to swear in the mayor and council members. Hacker swore in Mayor Jim Clark first. He then swore in the other three council members: Ralph Bartel, Joseph Nicholson, and Judy Johnstone at the same time. Afterwards Mayor Clark gave out areas for the council to maintain.
