We are still in a drought over most of our region. Can you believe that! All of Laramie County is abnormally dry except a small portion of the southwest corner. The Albin area is still in moderate drought, even though at least one county road has been closed due to rain. The southern half of the Nebraska panhandle is in moderate to severe drought conditions.
