The Harvest Festival held at Pine Bluffs last September was an unqualified success. The splendid displays of grains, grasses and vegetables were truly remarkable, but the great attraction, the main feature of the fair, was the Grain Palace. The Palace measured 24x36 feet and was 14 feet to the eaves. The frame was covered with clapboards of grain. no two rows being of the same kind. Mr. A. Bindreiff was the designer and Mr. J. B. Todd, the mechanic whose skill and artistic taste carried out the plans.
