The Burns Broncs varsity football team played their first game of the 2023-24 season last Friday night. The Broncs traveled to Rawlins, Wyoming to take on the Rawlins Outlaws. The Broncs are coming off a disappointing season last year with a record of 4-5. Head Coach Travis Romsa is looking forward to the season and a better record.

The game did not go according to the Broncs plan. The Broncs lost to the Outlaws 33-6. Although the outcome was not what they were expecting, however the lessons learned and experience will greatly enhance their abilities and talents in future games.
