Rustic Plate owner speaks out at Burns Town Council

The Rustic Plate started in March of 2021. Now they are in a battle to survive.

It started with Ashley Osterman and Danielle Allman being co owners. The two wanted to help the community. At the time the Rodeo Diner was going through some changes and the town of Burns needed a restaurant.

Throughout their time the Rustic Plate has helped lots of people in the community. The first weekend of their opening was a basketball tournament. They served hundreds of people. It was good to see the activity in the area.
