Phoenix Cerenil was a young girl, raised in Pine Bluffs. She played at the town park. She rode her bike up & down the town streets. She played sports with other Pine Bluffs kids her age. She went to school at Pine Bluffs Elementary, Junior High, & High School just like her father, mother, aunts, uncles, siblings, & cousins before (and after) her.

She was viciously attacked & strangled to death June 15th. After it was discovered her killer took the time to video her murder and post it to social media, he was charged with 1st degree murder. He callously took her life and posted it for likes. He...
