CHEYENNE – The Department of Workforce Services has announced the application window for the new WyHealthTrain Grant has opened. The grant is funded by money received through the American Rescue Plan Act.

Wyoming residents who are newly enrolling in a healthcare career pathway through a Wyoming community college or the University of Wyoming for the Spring 2024 semester may be eligible for up to $10,000 toward the cost of completing a qualified healthcare program within a two-year timeframe. Interested applicants must also meet at least one of the following criteria:
