Friends and family of Jim Darden stood waiting to get a glimpse of Darden. They were excited to welcome him home after his long journey.

Darden has been away from home for 123 days being in the hospital and rehab close to the hospital. On his arduous journey he has received a heart and kidney transplant. The Darden's have had their up's and down's on this long road but with prayers and blessings during this time the outcome was an overwhelming awesome. The communities in Wyoming have continued to cheer the Darden family on to a great outcome.
