Jeffrey Joel Bastin

Jeffrey Joel Bastian, 61, of Garland Texas, passed away November 28, 2023. Jeff was born July 21, 1962, in Cheyenne, Wyoming to Theodore Ben and Bonnie Bastian.

Jeff grew up on the family farm near Burns, Wyoming. Jeff attended school in Burns, received his bachelor's degree in public administration from Hastings College in Nebraska and received his master's degree in political science from the University of Wyoming.
