Last Wednesday Savannah Kirkbride made it official by signing her letter of intent for the Eastern Wyoming College volleyball squad. Kirkbride was one of the standout performers for the Lady Broncs in their championship seasons. In 2022 the Lady Broncs went all the way and won the 2A state championship. In 2023 they again went to the state championship game and ended up runners up.
Kirkbride ended her high school career with 141 blocks to take the school record and become the all-time leader in blocks. She also finished with an astonishing 676 digs and 382 kill shots.
