Rustic Plate - a sad farewell to the community of Burns

A sad day came to an end in Burns Wyoming. The Rustic Plate closed for good.

The Rustic Plate started to be a place for the community to eat. The towns only place to eat was closing at the time. The community was needing a place to have an eatery and for the community to have time together. There were more people moving into the community. Ashley Osterman loves to cook and create meals.
