Hornets Wrangle the Doggers

The Hornets boys' varsity basketball team faced the Lingle-Ft Laramie Doggers in a conference game last Saturday. The Hornets did well with a herculean effort by Carsten Freeburg who scored 31 points in the game. It was a close game as both teams gave 100%. In the end though, the Hornets came out on top 57-54 to take the win. The Doggers have a 13-3 seasonal record and a 2-1 conference record and are seated number two in the conference. The Doggers were on an 11-game winning streak until they tipped off against the Hornets.
