Emily Haas takes Her Thunder to Kansas

Emily Haas, the hard-hitting volleyball spiker for the Pine Bluffs Lady Hornets volleyball team has found a home to continue her athletic career. Haas has signed with the Sterling College Warriors. She will be attending Sterling College located in Sterling, Kansas next fall under a volleyball scholarship.

"The school has a good biology and science program," she said. Haas, is wanting to become a nurse and thinks it will be a good school to accomplish this or at least get started in. The family is excited for her and she will have family close by in Sterling for support. Haas has already had th...
