    RD Bar & Grill (formerly Rodeo Diner) has been open 14 months now and has never updated the restaurant, that is until now. They have put in new flooring, painted and rearranged. They have brought the bar to the main room and used the small room that housed the bar, into a kids room. They have incorporated many changes; new hours of 9am-9pm Monday through Saturday, gift cards, package liquor, classes and events, and they are working on many additional ideas.     Pastor Ellery Steffensen was ordained and installed on July 8, 2023. That was quite a big day for the newly graduate of the Seminary. He was ordained as a Pastor straight from Seminary and was installed to serve two churches the same day; with family present, and approximately 13 other Lutheran Ministers and many congregants from Immanuel Lutheran in Burns and St John's Lutheran in Kimball witnessing this event.     Lanna Donn and Danielle Allman started the Burns Farmers Market 3 years ago at Lanna's house just east of Burns. They moved it to the lot next to the post office the following year, feeling it was more of a community event. There weren't a lot of vendors but they hung in there.
