    CHEYENNE, Wyoming – Laramie County Community College will host its spring commencement ceremonies at 10 a.m. May 13 at Storey Gym in Cheyenne.     CHEYENNE, Wyoming – Laramie County Community College is excited to announce, welding student David Gordon has placed fourth in the WorldSkills Trials, as part of the SkillsUSA competition. Gordon is currently a second-year student at LCCC, from Burns, Wyo.
