    The big event of the night was the swearing in of the mayor and the new council member. Town Lawyer Greg Hacker, swore in Joseph Nicholson as mayor. Mayor Nicholson thanked all the people that came to interview for the council position. The council said it was tough to choose one person.     The town of Pine Bluffs city council met on Monday evening. The council members approved the Alcohol request for the Community Center and the Building Permit for the high school for the gymnasium addition. After a short discussion on some of the lots on the north side development plans, the council voted to approve the final plat for the development. She was born September 22, 1936, to Bernard Eugene Knapp and Clara Elizabeth (Hodge) Knapp at her grandparents' home Northeast of McDonald, Kansas.     The regular wrestling season has ended for the scholastic year, however some of the wrestlers continue to participate in events as part of a team called the Tri-State Grapplers.
