    Pine Bluffs howls in before the holiday Over 225 ghosts and goblins filled their empty bellies with a spaghetti dinner sponsored by the Pine Bluffs Lions Club before attacking the games and booths at the Pine Bluffs Halloween Carnival Wednesday, Oct. 30.
