62nd Wyoming Legislative Session convenes

 


The halls of the state capitol welcomed Representatives, Senators, lobbyists, and others last Tuesday as the regular session of the Wyoming Legislature opened.

Governor Matt Mead laid out his priorities to the Legislature before the State of the State address Wednesday morning. “It is no doubt easier to fund a government during the boom times when, in the words of a famous song, “the living’ is easy”, but the true test of our mettle and our ability to govern wisely comes during leaner times when money is tighter,” said Mead.
