Do you want joy, or just happiness?

Dontcha hate it when you read something that is supposed to be positive, but turns out to be negative because the writer didn’t get all the facts, or misses the point because he would rather look at the topic from a skewed point of view?

Such was the case when I read a magazine article on joy as part of my homework for Contemporary Health. The author is a “Hahvahrd” psychologist so I suppose I should have waded in with my waders on.
