Creating Mr. Roboto: Students build robots for state competiton

Lara Shook took three robot-building teams, comprised of children of all ages, to a state robotics competition. Shook said all three teams performed well this year.

"I am extremely proud of how they did this year. They worked and played hard and the results show that," Shook said.

The teams, the Storm Cloaks, Team Python and Alonns-y! Radioactive, traveled to Casper Dec. 5 and Feb. 17 to participate in two statewide competition, the First Lego League competition for younger children and First Tech Challenge for older students.
