Broncs show hot times at hot meet

Burns track athletes displayed hot performances at a hot track meet Saturday for the Goshen Invite.

"The Burns Lady Broncs had to adjust to the heat with an event-packed day in Torrington for the Goshen County Invite," said girls track coach Brooks Hoffman. "I was happy to see them respond well to having a few more events than usual, especially with the warm weather."

Hoffman said the Lady Broncs had 20 best marks, bringing in 78 points to take fifth place at the meet.
