Firefighters fundraise

Sirens sounded around Pine Bluffs the evening of June 9, but Laramie County Fire District 5 firefighters were not responding to multiple fire calls. It was the annual Fourth of July Fireworks LCFD 5 donation collection.

The Firefighters, along with their families and the Texas Trail Pheasants Forever Ringnecks, went door to door collecting donations. More than $3,300 was collected and will be given to the Town of Pine Bluffs to offset the purchase on this year’s fireworks.
