Carl Enoch Seth

 


Carl Enoch Seth who passed away April 30, 2015, was born in Pine Bluffs to Carl Enoch Seth, Sr. and Iwanna Seth (nee Colbert) on February 28, 1932.

He graduated from Pine Bluffs High School before joining the Army. He was stationed in Korea during the war and worked with explosives. He was sent back to the U.S. after suffering an injury from an enemy land mine.

After receiving an honorable discharge, he moved back to Wyoming and saved enough money to move to Boston, Ma. There, he worked as a property and maintenance worker for a real estate company that owned numerous apartment complexes.

He moved to the Seattle area, and eventually bought a house in the Beacon Hill neighborhood along with his mother and brother. He worked at the Decatur Apartments on First Hill until he retired in the late 1990’s.

He was preceded in death by his brother Melvin and his mother Iwanna.
