High Plains Pheasants Forever chapter banquet a sellout event

Pheasants Forever Ringneck Maegan Madden displays a gun to be auctioned off at the Pheasants Forever banquet at the Pine Bluffs Community Center April 9.

It's not unusual for the annual Pheasants Forever banquet in Pine Bluffs to be a sellout, but the support is always well-appreciated.

"It was excellent. We always have had a lot of good supporters," High Plains Pheasants Forever Chapter President Dean Bowman said.

The event was held at the Pine Bluffs Community Center Saturday, April 9. All 408 available seats sold out. The banquet included live and silent auctions, raffle and a variety of catered food.

Children had the opportunity to play games.
